Given Bobo Brooks' dismal record of predictive success I'm not feeling so sanguine. But it all depends on the guy at the top. If Obama runs his administration the way he ran his campaign, things are going to happen -- and happen fast.
"Already the culture of the Obama administration is coming into focus. Its members are twice as smart as the poor reporters who have to cover them, three times if you include the columnists."
That is very impressive: how they manage to estimate IQ ? :-)
But, yeah, I am happy :-) smart people should be good for the country :-)
