USA have downright weird relations with Israel.
Is it legal in USA to ask questions about AGE or RACE when doing job interview? I do not think so! But I guess it may be OK to ask if person likes seafood or classical music :) ( not sure ;-))
On thing is clear: when certain "property" can be used for discrimination it became"illegal" to ask for in this "layers country"
Well, I guess some may like it, some may not and there is always way around it if you want to drop person/product based on "forbidden" property. :-) It may be very hard to prove you wrong, but if you ask questions and it is "documented"... you may be in a deep shit, eh :-)
