Make a customer happy - hug an idiot.
It only means that computers are aproaching the state of being usable...
How many drivers know what a differencial is? Only those with a background in mechanical engineering, right? Or how automatic transmission works? A car driver needs to know rules of the road and directions. An internet reader needs to know what he wants to read about, not what components his tool consists of...
